    Growing Liquid C02 and Dry Ice manufacturing company with 13 production plants across the US seeks an aggressive and results driven leader to achieve excellence in safety performance and manufacturing for the company’s multi-site locations. This position requires a manufacturing professional who demonstrates a proven track record of effective leadership, progressive responsibility, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibility in Brookhaven, MI and Madison, MS. Ideal candidate reside in Brookhaven, MS.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Ability to learn, understand, and troubleshoot all Manufacturing functions in Liquid C02 Refinery / Dry Ice manufacturing plants both technical and non-technical in nature.      
    • Troubleshoot and correct production related issues using team approach
    • Effectively implement staffing strategies in plants that optimize safe work environment, productivity and reduce turnover.
    • Work effectively with various work teams to maximize results.
    • Develop and Implement Best Practices in Manufacturing Environment.
    • Multi-site management of two locations Brookhaven, MS and Madison, MS
    • Provide strategic and visionary leadership to the Manufacturing Department and actively participate with management in the decision making for all related matters.

    Qualifications

    In order to be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or successful completion of the US Navy’s Nuclear Power Program.
    • 75% travel required This position includes the potential for an annual bonus, commensurate with results.  Benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness program, 401(k) and paid vacation.
