    Project Engineer – Expansion and New Construction


    Need not apply if you don’t meet qualifications

    BS degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) – Other degrees will not be considered.

    8-10 years of proven working experience as a project engineer building new plants and leading large capital expansion projects in a similar operation

    Knowledge of governmental rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards


    Travel up to 80%


    Demonstrate leadership in personnel safety by driving systems and reinforcing the behaviors necessary to achieve “Nobody Gets Hurt”. Live the company culture of safety first, integrity, and professional competence.

    Executing process design, capital improvement, new construction, and engineering projects in a CO2 gas refinery.

    Preparation/review of various engineering deliverables (Drawings and Documents) such as process flow diagrams, P&ID’s, process data sheets, equipment specifications, costing, cause and effect diagrams, operational standard operating procedures, HAZOP, and maintenance manuals.

    Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

    Provide detailed hands on support during construction and commission activities

    Estimation and engineering for preconstruction or project analysis

    Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status

    Support day to day troubleshooting of operational problems in the CO2 refinery and dry ice plant

    Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

    Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
