Continental Carbonic maintains a reliable network of 40 dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout its service area. This integrated distribution network ensures that Continental Carbonic can quickly react to customers' needs.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Cold calling prospective customers, to discuss benefits of dry ice and determine potential future needs
  • Written correspondence as needed to answer prospect questions and provide information about Continental Carbonic.
  • Identify, track, and report on contacts and additional locations of businesses from all available resources.
  • Write, edit and proofread materials to be used including website content, press releases, blog postings, social media content and other communication

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of successful telemarketing experience or outbound sales experience.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED. College degree preferred.
  • The ability to execute telephone marketing and sales techniques in accordance with CCPI and departmental expectations.
  • Knowledge of content development, keyword rankings and social media
  • Organized, detailed multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to meet deadlines and work independently while also maintaining excellent communication with the marketing, sales and technical support teams.
  • Basic PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong work ethic and dedicated to consistently providing quality work; ability to exercise good judgment when speaking with prospects.
